Slots Capital Casino Review

The infamous UIGEA might be keeping the American online gaming market in check, but there are nonetheless quite a few operators that are willing to offer their services to players located in the United States. Slots Capital are most definitely among the more interesting ones, so we’ve decided to bring you a full review.

About Slots Capital Casino

The website design that Slots Capital are currently going with might look quite outdated, but the truth of the matter is that the casino was founded in 2012. It’s been US-friendly from day one and that isn’t likely to change anytime soon – and the good news is that it’s receiving its backing from a big online casino group that appears to have a very good reputation.

At the time of writing, Slots Capital were licensed in Curaçao.

Games Selection

US-friendly online casinos don’t have too many options when it comes to games developers – and Slots Capital are one of those that have decided to go with Rival as their primary games provider. As far as we’re concerned, that’s probably the best choice of them all, as Rival are currently one of the most promising slots businesses on the market.

In practical terms, players have access to more than a hundred unique slots – including Cirque du Slots, Mystic Wolf and Panda Party – as well as countless classic table and card games, many of which come in more than just a single variant.

Bonuses and Promotions

The Slots Capital online casino is going to welcome you with a very generous first deposit bonus that can get you up to $2777 – and the great thing is that this isn’t where it all stops.

Once you get past the welcome package, you’ll be able to take advantage of regular weekly offers, with Slots Capital having something in store for every single day of the week. Put simply, you’ll always have a promotion to look forward to – and these weekly deals include not only regular reload bonuses, but also things like free chips and bonuses with low playthrough.

Finally, there’s also a basic loyalty programme that gives you comp points for every single wager you place, but we have to say that it does pale in comparison with all the other offers.

Mobile Casino

Slots Capital appear to be one of those online casinos that don’t really care about creating dedicated mobile apps. Instead of those, there’s a mobile-friendly website that can be easily accessed from all kinds of mobile devices – and the good news is that it really does work quite well on the most popular smartphones and tablets.

The mobile experience might be quite streamlined, but we don’t want to criticize it too much, as it does get all the important things right. Of course, we’d like to see all the games getting mobile support, but the most popular slot games are available in a mobile-friendly format and that’s basically how the situation looks across the board, so all is fine on the mobile front in our opinion.

Odds and Ends

We’ve already mentioned that Slots Capital feature a fairly outdated website design and that’s something that we simply have to get back to in this section. Everything is just too simplistic and too bland – and we’re sure that the first impressions are going to put some people off completely. To be fair, the navigation is quite intuitive and that’s obviously a positive point, but it can hardly save the interface as a whole.

The banking section, on the other hand, is completely fine, although we feel obliged to note that Slots Capital weren’t accepting Bitcoin payments at the time of writing (a slightly strange thing considering how many US-friendly online casinos have already started to accept them, if only for deposits).

To round things off, we’re going to mention that the customer support service can be reached by both e-mail and phone (the advertised live chat feature doesn’t seem to be readily available).

Accepted Countries/Currencies

Slots Capital are currently US-friendly, but the list of restricted territories nonetheless includes a large number of countries, including Canada, Estonia, Finland, Israel, Moldova and Mexico.

On the currencies front, Slots Capital are obviously preferring US dollars over everything else.

The Minuses

Although we could easily spend yet another section discussing the issues we have with the casino’s website design, there are also some other minuses that probably deserve to be mentioned – but they all stem from the fact that Slots Capital haven’t received a lot of updates recently.

There was some sort of a re-design from what we know, but it obviously didn’t do a great deal in terms of modernization. And, well, it even created some holes here and there, with the live chat feature being a great case in point. This particular option for contacting the casino’s customer support might be advertised on a couple of places, but it was actually impossible to access it from the website itself at the time of writing, with the only live chat button that we found leading to an abandoned live chat interface.

Although Slots Capital do have some redeeming qualities – in the form of their Rival-powered games selection, for example – we wouldn’t say that they are well above what we consider to be the average US-friendly casino. They are competent in virtually everything they do, but there isn’t much to be enjoyed apart from the fundamentals and that just isn’t cutting it anymore in this day and age.

It wouldn’t take a lot for Slots Capital to improve and perhaps even start competing with the top of the crop, but it does seem to us that they’re currently lacking the will to put in the hard work.
